The XXXII FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs Congress is taking place on August 21 and 22. As we previously informed, this year’s Congress is divided in two sessions, in which we will debate the most important issues worked on during season 2010/11.

Sunday August 21, Draft Proposal will be introduced, which is divided in four main issues:

1. Supporters’ Clubs Regulations
2. Celebrations, events and protocol
3. Supporters’ clubs members identification
4. Movement Organization

In order to be able to provide your corrections, each paragraph is numbered. Thus, if you wish to suggest any change, you only need to state the paragraph number on which you are willing to provide any suggestion. These observations must be sent by e-mail before Saturday August 20 at 1.00 pm CET to penyes@fcbarcelona.cat.
